It could be a battery but that just stores patches AFAIK. Sometimes
soldering points gets dry and powering up after many years may crack them
altogether... My OSCar wasn't nice before I fixed such problems...
Start with the battery and the fuse and then dug deeper if it still isn't
its true self... Good luck!
