Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

I have made a strange discovery- I can hear the snare/rim only 
through their output when the plug is halfway in the jack! What is 
this, does it need repairs? I can trigger it but only hear it when I 
have it through its own output, with the plug half in like I said. 
This makes no sense to me! why can't I hear it through the miz out? 
If you can find anything to help me in the manual.. please tell me!
