sds9 manuals turn up on ebay often 
i got my paper copy after realising that after 10 years away i could not remember how to run it and if you intend to run midi you'll need it for sure
and it is a scanned item but good quality
plan b would be to purchase the scanned manual and download it of steve glinsky

he has a most things it seems including a sde manual which i intend to get myself at some point as i could never work that one out last time round
but to scan and say pdf it to is going to take time and effort
best to spend a little with someone who has them already
when i got a sdx a while back without the manual i ended up buying a second sdx mainly as it has the printed manuals (original) with it and that is near 500 pages double sided !! so days work there to scan if i could have found it
