Firstly a big thanks to Chris for helping with the project and trusting his one original MTM knob to the vigours of the postal system. Couldn't have made these available without him.
As for cost, they are 5 euros each, plus standard shipping to your country from the UK. They are professionally printed by a specialist company on high-end equipment and not a cheap hobby printer. They are a perfect fit for the MTM and are cheaper than trying modify knobs from the SDS1000, MTX 9, SPM 8:2, TMi etc.
I'd be happy to order sets for anyone who needs them.
