Do you know what version software it has? It will tell you when you first turn on. It will flash a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6

Hi, new member of the group here, and I was looking for a little help. I recently acquired an SDS-9 brain, and it seems to work correctly except for the click. While it does work, it's relatively subtle, it adds a sharp tone to the beginning of the note, but even when all the way up it's not overly loud. Also, the amount of click available seems to be the most minimal on the lo tom. Before I open it up and start troubleshooting I was looking for verification that the click is supposed to be more pronounced.
