I have 3D printing experience of Simmons parts. I've designed and printed an updated SDSV pad clamp and clips to replace broken parts on the SDS9 MK IV pads shells.
From your picture it looks pretty straight forward but I'd have to see it in person to measure it up and design a CAD model for it.
