You could get Kenton to fit the SDSV with MIDI, then sequence it from anything. Or you could get a Kenton ProKADI box, which turns MIDI into triggers, or a Kenton Pro 2 or Pro 4, which also feature a KADI interface. If you want a Simmons-only solution, didn't the Simmons Portakit feature pads, sequencer, and trigger outputs?
