Hey Alan, thanks for the info but how do you remove the stripped rod? I don't see any screw around the trim to remove the rubber trim. Unless, I can use a flathead screwdriver to lift the rubber trim? Sounds like a delicate job. My apology as I do not have much experience with Simmons.
