The old display contrast used -5V to 0V. The new ones needs 0V to +5v.

You need to cut one of the legs from the pot Patrice mentions and connect to +5V

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
