As for the selector: I forget how to do it. I repaired one for someone back 
 in '03. I'd have to take mine apart to rediscover how to do it. At this 
time I'm  slowly moving back to NYC and my stuff is scattered. My three SDS-7s 
(two  currently in operation) and half of my tools are in NJ and my 
selector pad is in  NY with the rest of my tools. I can revisit this post and offer 
a hack tutorial  or repair it for you if you want to send it.
 
Thanks for clarifying regarding the multi-EPROM cards.

You are correct: a standard module fitted with a 2085 daughter  card can 
hold 4 eproms which are selectable via the 'Resonance' control. The  downside 
is you lose 'Resonance' programmability.

There  is also the Dual Sample Module which holds 2 eproms that are dynamic 
 dependent. Meaning, you program a threshold where the module switches from 
 eprom 1 to eprom 2. The downside is you lose the analog section.
