Great , Ed ! . I'll try it. Thanks again for the patches,I've just finished programm all of them. As you said, it´s a great point to start with your own patches. --- El mié, 27/4/11, Ed <edrose1@...> escribió: De: Ed <edrose1@...> Asunto: [Simmons Drums] Re: SDS7 FACTORY PATCHES Para: Simmons_Drums@yahoogroups.com Fecha: miércoles, 27 de abril, 2011 15:16 Make yourself a Hi Hat module: http://www.drummachines.de/beatboxer/stories/sds7hi.htm I did this to a Tom module and left it 16k instead of converting it to 32k as I have no way of making 32k eproms. HH control is cool for things other than HH's. --- In Simmons_Drums@yahoogroups.com, ALFONSO PACHES <alfpaches@...> wrote: > > Completely agree with you, but these sounds in 1984 were amazing . I'm waiting for your favorite patches, by the moment I'm still progamming the "factory ones" in one of my two SDS 7. Unfortunately mines doesn't have the HIT-HAT MODULE. They provide a great jumping off point but don't demonstrate the ability of the SDS7 as a synthesizer. One of these days I'll get around to posting some of my favorite 'not very drummy' patches. > > --- In Simmons_Drums@yahoogroups.com, ALFONSO PACHES <alfpaches@> wrote: > > > > Thanks Ed, you´re very kind, but my cartridge needs replace the batteries first and I live in Spain. I´ve just programmed the two firsts and they sound great, specially the bassdrum. Thanks a lot again. I think the SDS 7 cames with 39 patches already programmed from factory. It would be great if somebody to keep these original patches and post them here. I´ve been checking the nine programmes posted and there are some great sounds. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > > > > > > > > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
