Thanx for the advice. I guess i judged it too soon. I started playing around with it today and got a better handle on the sound parameters. Yeah i think i will leave it alone except for fixing the main outs which have some oscillation emission.I had to separate out everything into a mixer which really isn't too practical.Pretty cool unit. My ole drummer (ex drummer)has an sds9 and i was kinda fixated on that a bit. I feel a bit better now,especially since I scored the TS 305 for 50 bucks.

I think the TS-305 is quite a lot like the SDS-8 in many aspects. 

Personally I favour the TS-305 in that battle (shame on me!). But if you 

think about SDS-V I think it's a lot harder. The SSM-filter is working 

magic and I think there is something in the envelopes too. So, modifying 

might replacing entire circuit parts. Nothing I would dig into. Better 

get the real deal then.
