Hola ! Just finished doing a repair for a fellow drummer. It now functions fine, but Some of the surfaces have significant dry-rot ( Snare, Rim, Perc 3 & Perc 4 ). I'm assuming the pads are on one sheet of Neoprene, but will not know for sure unless I pull the staples. I don't want to do this unless I have a replacement first.
