Hi there, I have an sds8 of which id like to change the voltage of. Im over in europe, and the machine was intended for the USA market, hence 115v. I was just going to putt out the transformer, and replace it with one intended for 240v, but is there anything i should look out for? The transfomer in there is possibly a toroid, but maybee thats just the plastic enclosure that its in? Oh, and whilst im writing - i dont suppose anyone has the schematics to the sds8 to hand, do they? I believe mine to have other faults beyond the voltage issues..
