I've got a DrumX PC computer trigger pad.

Before I decide to just throw it out, as it was really only worthy of just being a toy.

Is it possible to integrate into my setup to trigger things in Ableton (www.ableton.com) or Traktor (www.native-instruments.com)?

It has a stereo 3.5mm jack out to 15pin Game port.
Computers today don't have game ports on them anymore.

I have an Allen&Heath Xone:4D mixer (xone.co.uk) that has a game port to allow a few custom switches and potentiometers/ variable resistors to be added.

I tried directly plugging the DrumX into it, and nothing.

I guess it needs a true gameport, and the software to use the soundcard for the sound on it.

anything I can do to use it in my setup for triggering events?
