Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hi list,

I bought a used card on a swedish auction site. There were no prom on 
it, but I fitted one and tested it in my SDS-7. I can hear a tiny 
"click" and the trig LED works as does the programming dito.

But, no matter how I change the settings it's dead silent. I do not plan 
to dig into this any day soon but would appreciate all ideas. I guess 
that if the digital part is dead, the analogue would sound and vice 
versa. Also I imagine I should be able to get some sort of result with 
drum click and noise settings but there's nothing there either.

And yes, I've tested it in different slots too. All ideas appreciated!
