Hmmm.....sounds like you didn�t have a neutral ( N ) connection in the 
3-phase supply !!

Been there done that.

well that's good news
A few weeks I was lighttech on a festival, we had the same with the 
lightdesk,
hmmmm, measured 380 V on the input were it should have been 230V
Firework guaranteed.
but worked afterwards indeed
