Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Start by measuring voltages from the PSU. If those are fine continue with 
removing and reseating the CPU and memorycard.

While you�re at it, check the mempry card for battery-leakage.

If you�re not happy to continue. Sell it to me ( or someone else on the 
list ).
