Sure, if the SDS-2 would be considered a rarity then it would be worth copying, but I doubt it was. People sold off SDS-V's and the likes at the time. But keep the discussion flowing, it would be nice to hear more views. :) It still sounds crappy and I kind of like it for that. It also acts as a good shelf for my SDS-7 which has no rack ears. If it's a hoax altogether I'm leaning against the builder wanting to name it something cool and found no SDS-2 in the Simmons catalogue and went for that... electronically yours, jesper - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- - www.electronic-obsession.se www.myspace.com/machinepop ----- Original Message ----- From: "superwolle70" <superwolle70@...> To: <Simmons_Drums@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Friday, September 21, 2007 9:08 AM Subject: [Simmons Drums] Re: sds-2, pics and sounds Why would somebody copy a Picasso after the camera has already be invented? --- In Simmons_Drums@yahoogroups.com, <jesper@...> wrote: > > Here is a mystery to be solved.
