I wouldn't recommend doing it on a SDS-7 though if I've understood the group 
right. I still need to get my midi2sds2 fully back to specs again after som

Cool! I was toying with an idea before to have velocity controlling the 
switch since the Kenton kadi system sends a separate trig on a twelvth 
channel (kadi is normally just 11 plain trigs) when receiving a velocity 
value over 70. I've implemented this in my Star Synare since...

It's like swearing in church but I've thought about selling mine... need 
some time to get over that crappy idea though. I think Jon on the list was 
up to some business with his set(s).
