I think that is more true with the SDS-7 but I'm not sure... Both my units 
miss the pedals.

the only one who\ufffds brain was warped hexagonally as a youth by Thomas Dolby,
Naked Eyes and King Crimson :-)

I've used a normal switch with my SDS-V f\ufffdr years now and it works fine. It 
only switch on and off the decay though. You don't get that "closing" effect 
with that. Thomas DOlby - what a forgotten hero!!!
