Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Concerning the SDX: There's nothing but the original. But the original
is nothing more like an old 68k PC with a buggy OS. Why should an
intelligent person clone a piece of unfinished innovation with 20
years old hardware? It would be better to construct pads which can
assign different midi notes depending on where and how hard they get
hit. The rest can be done with any common software sampler. I have 2
SDX and I know what I am talking about.
