You can probably adapt something else to suit. A quick google suggests it's a "Pseudo-static Dynamic RAM", which sounds like it must have its own refresh logic on-chip. There's probably nothing to stop you just using a modern static RAM chip, since they're much larger these days than they were when the EPB was built. Gordon
