Hi List! I went through the both versions of the Operating instructions and compared. Rev 2 is a thinner version which however goes deeper into explaining what the Rev 1 missed. As a synth nerd I feel Rev 2 being more aimed at drummers who have failed to understand what does what in the programming section. There are also extra notes on taking care of the unit such as "a computer controlled synthesizer and should be treated with care" and user FAQ's like which type of amplifier to use, how to set it up etc. So, nothing special really, but fun to compare. All tone control numbers are said to range from 0 to 256 and not 0-255 as in Rev 1. I just ordered a bunch of XLR's so I can hook it up with separate outs... I need to construct a 8-channel +5 to +10 trigger converter to get the full juice from the unit. :) electronically yours, jesper - -- --- ---- ----- ---- --- -- - www.electronic-obsession.se Order your own copy of the Machinepop/Imiafan split-EP at www.electronic-obsession.se/label.asp "Varfr har du s mnga pianon?"
