Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

The don't believe the voltage is switchable on the SDS8. I know on the SDS 9 you can reconfigure the wires on the transformer to switch the voltage, but I don't think that is the case with the SDS8. You would probably
have to get a converter.

Is the transformer in the SDS8 switchable between voltages? (my 

Linndrum for example is internally switchable).



Or if I get a US model (110V or whatever) do I have to get an external 

converter for 240V?
