Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Simmons let their trademark 
lapse back in 1994. As the owner of business with many trademarks I 
understand the importance of protecting your intellectual property. A 
simple thing like a word can be invaluable in our time. Also things 
like domain names are very important to protect. I own ever domain 
variant and misspelling of my trademarks just for good measure. Below 
you will see the "live" Guitar Center trademark and then the "dead" 
Simmons trademark from 1994. Don't shoot the messenger. Take care.  -
