The Random Source is a combination of the Noise Source and the Random
Voltage Generator. It has all the same features, but in 2" instead of 4".
Since the Random Voltage Generator requires a Noise Source on the same
panel, you lose panel space by having the NOI + RVG, without gaining any
functionality.
