Print-Tool: Wrong image placement after defining custom paper size ?

I have defined some custom paper sizes - like 10x13 inches - and the prints always come out off-center and chopped-off.
I just tried this in 3 different releases of Print-Tool including the latest release.
Am I doing something wrong please ?
