Ken. Are your printing on 10x13 paper? This is an odd size. If you are printing on A3 paper (11x17) than you need to choose those dimensions exactly. The defined custom paper size must equal the actual real-world dimensions of the paper you are putting into the printer. Measure the paper and then define the custom paper size with those measurements. best, Walker
