Is Livewiire part of Electro-Acoustic Research? Their url listed in Electronic Musician is linked
to the Livewire site.

I'll get this one, Tim...

Ed,

You must have been trying ear-group.com, yes? We've changed our url to ear-group.net
since the LW/PB split. You'll find Plan B and Synthbox there.

We don't own or have control of the old domian name. We've tried to remedy this situation
through a paid transfer of ownership, but indications are it won't happen. A bit of a
bummer given that this is the web address listed in the Electronic Musician article for us.

When that article was written it was a part of EAR, since that time
they have gone their separate ways.

I wanna quell any rumors here - Mike Brown doesn't own the ear-group.com url. It's
another individual who was/is (not sure) associated with LW.

Peter,

I'm sorry for this. I thought this was information the list would want to see.

Well, saying "I'll get this one, Tim..." doesn't really make it seem
like it was meant for private converstation. But what do I know?
Just be more careful next time, "synthwires". ;-)

The letter I got with this information was from Tim. It wasn't from
Peter.

Tim is acting as the moderator. I sent the letter to him, he sent to to you.

If there's anything else on this topic that needs to be discussed, can we do it quickly and
stop taking up bandwidth on this?

I'm going to addess a couple of other issues then I'm gonna dissappear again for a bit -
much work to do.

thanks,

- P
