Thanks for this. It's appreciated.

We're shipping now, just not at the clip we used to be. AH has stock
of 28's 15's, 17, and we've delivered 12's, 13's, and 10's since as well.

When all this happened, I had geared up for the fist release of the
Model 28's. This means acquiring the components, faceplates, boards,
etc I was already committed to that, they were already purchased - there was no turning back. These were built with the new staff, and arguably this wouldn't have been all that quicker before in that it was a new assembly. Then we began working on the other modules, and that's where it got bogged down.

All of it was new to these guys. From where everything is kept around here, the color code, how to punch panels, how to solder correctly. There's a lot to learn there alone. Again, we're getting on our feet again. Plan B has delivered about 30 or so units in the last month, but this about 5/8's of what we used to be doing.

The important part is it didn't shut down delivers for too long nor did it stop us from releasing new products, of which the Model 28 was only the first. The Model 25's are coming out this week, the 15A and long-awaited Model 11 in about three weeks. The faceplates for the 15A's are here, the faceplates for the 11 are on order. Board art for the Model 11 is complete, but I am waiting to submit both to fab when I complete the art for the 15A. I just want to check a part of that circuit out a bit more then they are in production. These two nw ones will be here soon.
