Wiard JAG: 1/4" design (motm)?

Has anyone seen or worked up a design for a JAG in 1/4" motm?

I can see myself with this module in the future but having so many
mini patchpoints would be a hassle integrating it with my mostly 1/4" rig.

I like lots of patchcords.

Hi
I had a chat with Grant Richter about this some time ago and he said
 
"The 9 LEDs have to go in a very precise pattern."
 
due to the positioning on the PCB
 
i would be verey intrested in a MOTM format on this tho
 
I just havent had the time to sort it out
