Although I haven’t looked at this in quite a while (I still have the kit sitting in the box after four or five years), I do remember emailing Larry Hendry about
this before his unfortunate passing. At the time we were talking about a 2U. That was the only thing on the radar at the time. Since you mentioned 1U, any chance you have run across a 2U?

I've got one - look in the sduck folder (fpd in files, pic in photos). It's a pretty straightforward panel - knobs and leds are laid out the same as on the blacet version, you'll just need wires to the switches and jacks.
