bananafying the Bridechamber Klee

Anyone know ofa a known pre-made washer or part I could use to properly fit a banana jack into the hole for the 1/4" jack on this type of panel?
I know its MOTM format but I'm really going to use it mostly with my Modcan A system- so am trying to come up with a hairbrained way of mounting it into a Sixpac...
