1/8" Klee

1/8" Klee

So, if I make a Klee w/ 1/8" jacks, how many would commit to it? I will
only make that many.

Maybe I missed something a while back - are you implying you're *not* going
to make a 1/4" version? Or just a limited run of the 1/8" along with the
1/4"?

The circular Klee layout looks very nice nice, but I'm after a
full-width rack panel, not a MOTM or dotcom panel for the Klee, so
don't count on me for either 1/8" or 1/4". Sorry.

also--id be totally happy with a 5u-sized 1/8" klee since the assembly would be far easier in the 5u space.

scott--have you tried polling the electro-music folks for minijack interest too?

OK, the 1/4" jack ovoid 5U MOTM style Klee is for sure. This proposed 1/8" jack Klee is in which format? Is it a 5U MOTM style panel also?

Sorry, I am just a simple caveman...

Same exact format and layout, but jack holes are for 1/8".

What is the diameter hole for an 1/8" jack, anyway?

That's typically a 1/4" hole. The switchcraft female mini jacks have a 1/4" - 32 threaded bushing.

Here's the part Digi-Key stocks:

I think a hole for an 1/8" jack will work for Pomonas (banana jacks) too.
