Thanks, Jan.The mounting holes were slightly off on the first five. This is fixed on the upcoming modules which are being punched right now.I didn't notice the thickness issue, which is too late to fix. I gave my metal guys a Stooge panel to match, and assumed they got it right, and didn't even think to check it! Of course, I didn't think that metal panels would have 100 different little issues to look to; I went from admiring Paul to adulating him for his attention to small engineering details. MOTM truly is impressive.Scott----- Original Message -----From: Jan-Ahrent CzmokSent: Sunday, November 19, 2006 9:41 AMSubject: Re: [ModularSynthPanels] Re: Stooge Panels?

Scott,
at least from my perspective what should be matched:
a) Mounting holes
b) Panel Thickness. I realized after installing all the modules, that
the VC Resistor i built (from you)
is working excellent, but the panel _thickness_ is noticeable
less than MOTM/OAKLEY whoever.
I don't care about design and matching all front designs. It might
look prettier, but i am not building my
synth to win the beauty contest.
my .2 cents.

From buying a quite a few panels from BrideChamber,
the 2U panel thickness seems normal, the 1U are a bit thinner.
Bridechamber all the way
