You mean the MOTM-320?

It could probably be stuffed into a 1U panel, by clustering the 8 jacks underneath the 3 pots and putting the LED between two of the pots. If you were doing the MOTM 2.0 DIY route, you could buy the PC board and extra parts from Synth Tech and give it a try.
As to whether there is an FPD design for this, the answer is: make one!
