I send them Illustrator files. Measurements on one layer, holes on another, graphics on another. For my own purposes (marketing, web site, etc.) I put knobs, jacks, switches, LEDs, etc. on another layer. I'm sure they support other formats, too. I just don't know about that. Then hitch is that there's a $75 set up fee for a new design. After that, you can run as many panels as you want over time without paying the fee again. Like most places that fab panels, the price drops rather dramatically when you order more than one or two at a time. It's not the right fit for everyone, but it really rocks for some applications, especially given that basically, you can draw anything you want and put it on there in hi res. They are also *way* more scratch resistant than Schaeffer. :-) Sam E.
