I have a few Low Pass Gate boards available
 for sale at $60.00 ea.  They're double-sided
 with plated through holes and have the actual
 part values silkscreened on them instead of 
part numbers so no other documentation is 
necessary.  They have most of the resistors 
(5% type) installed already and are Lead Free
boards.
