Modular Synth Panels

Hi Scott,

I was looking at your 2U Wave multiplier panel, and was wondering how you
handled the mods for the pots that add in the Fold CV and Offset CV, and
the PWM Depth 1. I'm making up a panel, and like your layout and function,
and would like to do the same.
