i'd say look for a fastener company in your area??
i know of Pacific Fasteners & a few others here in Vancouver that would probably have something.
i think if you take the knobs to a shop like that & show them, they'll be able to make a fit.
sorry i can't be of more definite help.
this will be hard for you to do online unless you already know the thread & screw size??
