The 3-jack will work for one of the PCBs, or both if you stack them, using short standoffs and maybe laying the electrolytics on their sides. Mind you, I haven't tried that. The 2-pot should work spacing-wise above, but it will need to be clipped a bit for the other side's pot to get in there.
