Hi Gang:
This is the BEST news I've heard on this site in a LONG TIME!!!
Congratulations to Martin, John, Dave, and Markus for burying the hatchet!
This should usher in a new "golden age" for Mellotrons... and us 'Tronatics!!!
... Now, to other things:
Thanks to all who sent me E-Mail on the BBC Mellotron documentary... I'll be getting back to you ASAP.
Recently, I set up a site at MySpace... Thanks Fritz Doddy...for being the first to answer my "friend" request... and catch this out...my second "friend" is none other than Anna Sofi Dahlberg... and the third is Nicklas Barker of Anekdoten (YES!!!)! I've sent out a request to Mattias Olsson... and if there is anyone else on the list that is also on MySpace... please send a "friend" request to "J.P.". You'll recognize the photo at my site... as I have no photo that doesn't look like a reject from the Stanley Kubrick "Thousand Yard Stare" competition... I used the "Carriage-Clock Skellotron" photo from Streetly... hope you don't mind, Martin and John... I wanted something "classy" to represent my site (The MicroTron is SO jealous...). It might not be a bad idea for our Mellotronists group to set up a site (group, or individual) over at MySpace... thoughts anyone?
That's it for now... WAY TO GO, Streetly, and Mellotron Archives!!!
J.P.

Would it be possible to make it a downloadable file on the web in .WAV
format ?

well, this would likely be a copyright violation of some sort,
and also a HUGE file [nearly 300 megs].

frank has offered to mail me a CD of the program.
perhaps contacting him "off-list" would be appropriate. [?]

there are some "lossless" audio compression routines [flac, ape]
that might make a more manageable file size...?

...jeff

contact me off-list if you need to ;0)

Well I have it on MP3 sampled at 160 and it's about 32Mb.

Ah yes, that was rather naive of me to suggest. Tronbros also warned
for copyright issues.

I'll contact Mike D. off-list regarding the MP3. Lo-fi will do for me.

Thank you for sending this link. That doesn't sound like you Martin.
I liked Andy McCluskey's story about the generator.
