Thanks, James, for catching my flub and correcting it.  I can only offer the 
traditional apology of my people, "ohwha tanas siam!"  And thanks to Frank 
for the pics, but my question remains, and perhaps is better phrased as, did 
the half-a-tron START its life as a black Mark II or did it become black by 
virtue of Rustoleum or Clairol?  And what is the Alma Tavern, and how did 
they rate one?

I believe hearing that the Mk II was in such bad shape that the other half 
was essentially unrepairable and was junked, which was the reason why the 
instrument was cut in half in the first place.  That was the old early 
Genesis Mk II also, wasn't it?  This is all buried in the group archives 
somewhere, but I've got 3500 group messages just on this computer...
