you know I go to these links and the videos never seem to load in...I 
am on a high speed public library conncection. How long does it take 
for the videos to come up? It always just sits there saying...loading, 
but never starts.

I have a problem with the videos stalling. The buffering is way too 
slow. Any way to save them?

When it starts to play click pause/play. It will then d/l to temp
storage and can be played locally.

dear Bernie,
Watching this video I could notice that the images stop during the run but let the whole video play till the end because when you see the video again, the problem vanishes; At least, it happened to me watching this video and the other (PFM).
