Mellotronists

Hi all
I just recently purchased a bunch of CDs from CD Services in
Scotland of the fabulous music created by GANDALF(alias Heinz Strobl)
and just wanted to comment that MOST of his albums have reeeeeallly
nice tron all over them.I believe he has a MK 5 from pics I have seen.
This music falls in that otherworld between prog and new age and I
must say he has really become one of my favorite composers.Any of his
albums are recommended,in my opinion of course.

any other fans out there of Austrian prog/new ager GANDALF? (Heinz
Strobl) After much seeking I managed to obtain all of his discs( a
monumental task) and most of them feature the beloved tron. I've seen
pics of him using a MK 5. Even his latest release has tron credited.He
plays it in a very "Pinder-y' fashion as well.
