That is a very *cool* anecdote, Charles! Thanks for answering my question about who played it, too. This is a dumb question, but is there a lot of tron in Seger's albums of this time? You just don't hear him mentioned much. Your band played Crimson stuff? Yikes, that must have pretty neat. Can't imagine a prog cover band, except one that would play to the same small (niche) audience. But for one brief shining moment, prog almost went mainstream then. ELP albums going gold. Must have been cool. I barely remember it, but it made its mark on me, that's for sure.
