that's a couple  hundred bucks right there, even if the tapes are trashed.
i don't think  $3500 is that steep, especially for one that SEEMS to
be in very good shape  [as this one does]. just IMHO of course.

Take it from me. You would still be looking at $1500 - $2000 to  make it 
right. I don't care what it looks like.
