I don t understand what you re saying. IIf snap is set up properly in the arrange view, you shouldn t have any problems in flex moving anything around.

Don t use performer so not sure what you mean by Tap Tempo but in Logic 9 there are ways of Beat Matching So if that is what you want yep it can be done..
