VCs3(hum) that is a new one to me.


I would not doubt you approximated the sound on the sx210 "the machine"

I fine the sx210 to have great leads.

EMS VCS3 - was their main synth on Wish you Were Here and Dark Side 
(the helli sounds)

I think the SX210, among all my other 11 synths, can replicate thses 
sounds the best. I will try to post the setting for that lead sound ;)

--That would be nice, and take effort.   I find a good sx210 lead
becomes better once played within accustical sounding mix. Rather it's
 unique quality is heightened against the mix! (something like that) 
I spend more time making sounds vs using it in a song to realize it's
full effect.
I have 7 synths and really only itch for and alesis  ion or micron to
test out programming.
